Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she stopped gymnastics. After a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. In just one year she earned her pro card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. Her return to competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In addition, the year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB in history. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her degree from college. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the exercise. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
